My experience at Prakruthi.Life Ayurveda Wellness Centre at Cherai was nothing short of transformative. Nestled in nature's embrace, this centre is absolutely suited for those seeking authentic and holistic wellness through Ayurveda. I went on a solo retreat of 5 days and I completely felt at home there. I wanted to find a balance of my mjnd and body and that is exactly got after the course of treatment.
I had a wonderful experience at the clinic. Dr Harikumar and the therapists were so skilled, and helpful, and incredibly kind. I came for almost 3 weeks and they were able to help me relax and relieve a lot of pain. I was mainly complaining about the pain in my neck and shoulder, but I’ve noticed that they also helped relieve the pain and stiffness in my knees. They really went above and beyond to help make my treatment here a great experience.
I had the most amazing experience at Prakruthi Life, Cherai yesterday! I tried their Abhyangam massage, and it was truly rejuvenating. The therapist was highly skilled and made me feel completely relaxed. I felt refreshed and energized after the Abhyangam massage.
